I Still Don't know why those noses are Hairy!

Hi Friends. That's a good point Amelia. The Hairy Nose Wombat society still haven't got back to me, (they must be stuck down a wombat tunnel or something?) So I still don't know for sure why some wombats' noses are hairy. I think my headmaster Mr Rowntree - who is in fact from Mars not earth - has hairs on the top of his nose to stop flies getting in his filled-roll lunch. Mr Rowntree is also approximately 500 years old and cannot abide running around corners. Has anyone else out their got a truly weird headmaster?? Back before you know it... Lily Max xx ps. I'm off to make a summer nightie out of an old egg blue sheet. First I'm painting-on big yellow daisies. Then I'll cut out 2 long singlet shapes, sew up the sides &shoulder straps and voila one summery dreams nightie.
